An honest service and collision center Twice now Falcone has gone beyond standard professional expectations--once in the service center and once in the collision center. This opinion is based on comparing my experience at Falcone to that of a competing local VW dealer and that of a nationwide used car dealer. These people are beyond great! Cannot say enough about the good people at Falcone. I recently purchased my 8th Subaru from an out of state dealership due to the unavailability of a manual transmission within trading distance of Falcone. Outstanding experience! I would like to share one of the most positive car experiences I have ever had. It is rare today to find an individual as dedicated and knowledgeable as Tiffany at Falcone VW. She is true to her word and thourghly affective. This is my 4th vehicle to buy or lease. Bert is Amazing! Bert and Moe and Mr. Falcone were all so friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered was professional and down-to-earth.
