Impressive and Caring Customer Service I recently saw the vehicle I had been wanting on Falcone's website. Made the phone call the next day and set up a time to go look at it. Great service! Matt Bartelson was so helpful! This was my first visit to Falcone with an issue with my tire losing air. He ran tests on all of my tires, suggested a tire rotation to allow the best tires to be in the front (my vehicle has front wheel drive) and got me out the door quickly. I didn't even have an appointment and he was so helpful and nice throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Wanted this to be a good review. My Experience: I wanted so much for this to be a positive review. I came with my wife to the dealership to be sure we were all on the same team after a few unfortunate comments were made about the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty we purchased when the car turned out to be NOT Certified Used (as advertised). 6k Service at Falcone Subaru Setup my 2016 Legacy's 6k service online. It was very easy and I received a reminder a day or so before. My appointment was early in the morning and they asked for additional issues and took the car on time for the service. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the business center let me keep up with work while waiting. It was also nice that Bert Nicklesberg, or sales person, came up and talked to me for a while. We are about to buy our 4th car from Falcone!! My mom has purchased two Saabs, I have one and today we took out a new Subaru Legacy. Although we'd love to be shopping for a Saab, we've learned to like something new! I'm looking forward to my mom buying one because I'm sure I'll follow and get one in a year or so.

Great service Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Brady has helped me twice now and is very good at communicating the status of the vehicle maintenance. I have never had anyone try to sell me anything or service anything that didn't need it. I have recommended two other people to buy their vehicles here because the service department is top notch!

"Peace of mind" Once again my service experience at Falcone VW was excellent. They always do such a good job on my Beetle and thorough as well so that I have the important confidence of a safe ride when I leave the dealership.
