Fantastic customer service! You guys are consistently phenomenal. Won't trust our Subaru's (4) to any other dealership. Customer service before, during, and after a sale is unparalleled.

Friendly Excellence: Sales/Service/Body Shop I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the Falcone VW & Subaru dealership. Salesman John Franks was exceedingly helpful, and never pushed me toward a purchase - a real change from my experience at most dealerships. Reliable Service Falcone to the rescue! Once again Steve Halloran took matters in hand and got me back on the road in no time. My issue was an emergency and unexpected as most are. He got me right in on very little notice on my part. When the part had to be ordered, he provided me with alternate transportation ( a beautiful 2017 Passat) He understands how important reliable transportation is for me since a lot of senior citizens rely on me to get them to doctor appointments, pick up prescriptions, grocery shopping, etc. Most... read more

Friendly service staff who get it done! It is very easy to schedule a visit and drop off the car. Brady is efficient and friendly. My car was in for routine maintenance but I also had a couple of little issues with the car - a rattle and a small plug/cover that fell off in the car - and those were fixed with no problem or added expense. The Long's donuts in the morning are always a treat too!

45,000 Mile Service Always a pleasure visiting the dealership. Love that you also email coupons which helps to make up for the drive from Greencastle and taking part of my day off. The new waiting area is fantastic for doing emails while away from the office! Thank you again for another great experience. Merry Christmas!

Oil Change As soon as I got in the shop, was waited on by Steve Halloran. I have not been driving as much as I did in the past and discussed why I should get my oil changed every six months.. Steve sold me why I should' I am satisfied with customer care. Dave Hanna

Service for my 2012 Outback at Falcone Dec. 1, 2016 I appreciate the ease of scheduling the recall service. I arrived at 7:10AM and was greeted warmly and was able to schedule an alignment in addition to the windshield wiper circuit breaker work. I received an e-mail about asking about a gift on the tree and received 10% off on the work I had done. great first service visit first oil change on my new gti i bought April 2016. great service experience just like buying was a great experience. service manager took time to answer my questions, make sure i knew the proper way to check oil on vw, and reset my sunroof which was no longer auto opening and explained the process to me so i could do it myself. i'll be back.
