Great My wife and I purchased a 2017 Outback. The experience was great, we were able to drive several models of the Forester and Outback so we could determine the engine and interior options that we wanted. I did a lot of research on cars and spent an entire weekend test driving several makes and models. Responsive and Friendly Service After my husband's truck was totaled, we were in the market to buy a new vehicle much more quickly than we had been planning. We worked with Justin and he was great to help us find the right vehicle in a timely manner! He also made sure that we thoroughly understood all of the great features on our new Forester - great, friendly service all around!
Experienced & Excellent Service I was just over the fact of playing the waiting game when you come in a dealership and the whole car buying process.....Falcone made the whole experience a piece of cake from the time I walked on the lot until the time I left WITH my new car. Great buying experience We bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy. This is our second Subaru. My wife has a 2014 Outback, also purchased at Falcone. We had excellent experiences both times. Kudos to our salesman this week, Steve Lloyd, for his services to us as we shopped for my car.
Excellent! Prompt, kind, respectful, cheerful staff. Excellent! It was nice to be greeted promptly and shown only the cars I was interested in. A Great Service Experience! Based on a recommendation, I drove from Fishers to Falcone's downtown location for my 40k mile service. To summarize, the entire experience meet all my high-standard expectations. You'll find the employees to be very friendly and professional. From Service Advisor Steve Halloran to the porters, I was made to feel valued. The car was ready when promised, clean and with no extra charges. I will definitely use Falcone in the future.
Great service! I brought my 2012 Beetle in for an 80,000 mile service. Service was quick, staff were helpful with explaining the service, and my car is running as good as new. 10/10 would recommend.
