Trying to take advantage of women. We own a Saab and the Heated seat quit working. They give my wife an estimate and told her it was too high. She thought it was worth it and decided to have them repair. They had to order parts and was going to call when came in and after 5 weeks no call. She called and still not in but funny how only took couple days after the call. Seat all worked going in and after repair, heated seat worked but not the lever on auto seat retract. Awesome Service Ryan rocks. We discuss my concerns, he gets them fixed. They also keep an eye on the whole vehicle for preventative maintenance. My Subaru gets a lot of miles, 81,000 in 2 1/2 years. Falcone service has helped me keep it running, pretty much like new. Brady is pretty good too!

Purchased trade in Purchased a 2010 Hyundai, car was a trade in but the car was fixed up with new tires, detailed and given a 30 day warranty. Sales and Financing did an awesome job, no pressure and worked with me.

First buying experience This was not only our first Subaru it was also our first brand new car. I have wanted an Outback for about 5 years and it took us this long to make the move. I have had it for one week and I love it! The salesman, John Fitzgerald was great to work with. Everyone else we met in the shop was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely recommend Falcone to our friends and family

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had I came to Falcone at the recommendation of two family members, both of whom love their new Subarus and felt good about their experience purchasing them. I went initially to work with the same salesperson they worked with, but he was very busy, so I worked with Nick. He was great, and patiently worked through all the different options with me. Buying a new car I literally walked in with a car in mind, and got what I wanted. There was no back and forth,they listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and were able to work with me. Excellent service on difficult-to-repair car Have a 2005 Saab. Hard to find parts for, few will even try, we were getting frustrated... and then we found Falcone. Not only did they fix my issues, but the service was excellent. Steve kept me updated every step of the way, timelines were accurate, price was fair. Excellent all around! Definitely recommend this team. THANK YOU!!!!

Great Environment Bought a Forester last year, a WRX this year; both from John Fitzgerald. John is straightforward and represents Falcone Subaru well. Falcone pricing seems better than everywhere else! Very good experiences both times. Love the cars! Love the Falcone environment! John introduced me to Mr. Falcone when I picked up my WRX and I thought that was cool. I have to go now... my WRX is calling me to drive it!

Wonderful Dealership with incredible customer service What a dealership! Our rep TIFFANY IS A COMPLETE PRO! Pleasant and very knowledgeable. Mr. Falcone himself was involved also and nothing was less than polite, professional and comfortable. The deal on car #1 was so great we bought a second car two weeks later from TIFFANY.
