100 miles Your story: Came in for routine oil change and service. Also had some superficial scratches removed. We drive 100 miles to come here so we appreciate the very timely service, comfortable waiting area and very friendly staff

5th family VW lease We picked up our sons new 2017 Jetta TSI Sport last week from Falcone VW on 16th St in Indianapolis. This is our fifth new VW lease since 2010 (with the last two Jettas being from Falcone. As before, they were flat out the best deal, making sure we received every credit available, and as before, with impeccable service. Ecstatic I found the vehicle, test drove it, and decided to buy it. I put a deposit down and a few days later had a car I love. Given another dealership (Toyota) sold a car out from under me, having someone that was honest and held the car with a deposit was greatly appreciated. I was treated fairly and with respect, plus I got a good deal. I absolutely recommend Falcone.
Great job My car had multiple warning lights come on and began running quite roughly all of a sudden. Then, later it wouldn't start. I had it towed to your dealership close to closing time on a Tuesday. I got a call with a diagnosis the next morning and it was ready to go that same day. I certainly appreciate the quick turn around time although I understand that's not always possible. I haven't dealt with many of your staff but those I've encountered were friendly and professional.
