Great experience . Everyone is always so friendly. Work is done on time and as expected. Even my salesman Steve came over to talk to me!!!
Service department I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation on Dec 9th. The gentleman who greeted me that morning (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very pleasant and professional. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable. The jobs were done in 1 1/2 hours. This is the 3rd time I brought my car in for services. Each time I experienced great service. Will recommend this dealership anytime to anyone.
20K Service visit Fast service, very friendly staff and Long's donuts in the waiting room. Even got a discount at checkout. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
A Great Experience Buying a car is never easy, it is a very uncomfortable experience. The folks at Falcone made you feel as if you were one of them (family). They treated you as if they were looking out for you. Making sure that you were comfortable each step of the way. We have already recommended Falcone to a number of our neighbors and friends.

Used Car Purchase This was my first car shopping experience and it went very well. Bert N. was the sales guy that helped me through the process. He was a calm individual who gave me everything I needed to know without being the in-my-face kind of sales person that everyone hates to deal with. Excellent and convenient downtown VW dealership Purchased: 2017 VW Alltrack SEL Service: Falcone Gold I dealt with Nick and Moe, and Nick helped me track down the car I wanted through several false leads in other states. Moe was not pushy in any way on the finance side and got me in and out in about an hour, which is about 4 hours faster than last time I bought a car. I had a great experience, and am looking forward to years with my new car and dealership.
Outstanding Customer Service I was seeking to buy a 2015 Honda Pilot.
