Great Experience at Falcone Subaru On October 31, 2017 we purchased a new 2018 Subaru Outback from Falcone Subaru, working with Bert Nickelsberg. An encounter with a deer had just totaled our 2010 Subaru Outback, much to our consternation! Bert and everyone we encountered at Falcone could not have been more helpful and accommodating!! Best Subaru Dealership! The service staff and sales staff at Falcone Subaru are the best! Friendly, efficient and capable - I would not take my Subaru anywhere else! I have purchased 2 Subarus through Falcone since 2014; both events were great working with Justin Poynter- very professional and just a nice guy! The service staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Falcone VSS, Good People! I saw the car I wanted on Falconevss website and it was fairly priced but a little bit out of my budget. Purchased two SUBARU Outbacks from FALCONE in past month! I have purchased two SUBARU Outbacks from FALCONE in the past month. A 2015 with very low mileage below 10,000 miles and a 2017 with less than 6300. Staff (Nick) and Mr. Falcone are excellent to work with and both times I felt I got a good deal. I can’t say enough about both transactions. No pressure to buy and totally up front. I will be back and refer all my friends and family to Falcone.
Customer pleased with service I took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced after it was hit with a rock. After talking to Safe Lite Glass and first trying to schedule the replacement with them, they alerted us to the fact that Subaru has a 5 year warranty on glass on 2015 and 2016 Subarus.
