The whole service dept is great! had the best experience of a lifetime at Falcone. I came in for an air bag replacement and expected just to be seated and wait. Two men sitting at the service counter, all smiles. Dylan Mannon assisted me. From start to finish he was very professional, kind and kept me updated on time and progress. Genuine and carefree! I have known Alex Moffett for many years. He has made the car leasing and buying process very carefree and effortless on my part twice now. Made the leap and no regrets My wife and I never purchased a foreign vehicle before. I grew up in a family who worked in both American vehicle manufacturing and dealerships. However commercials caught our attention about the Subaru Crosstrek and we like the no nonsense/no hidden fees reputation of Falcone. We fell in love with both and are 100 percent confident in our choice on both.

They love my Golf R just like I do. I had to have my 2015 Golf R towed in after destroying a wheel & tire on a pothole between I-70 E and I-465 N. I initially spoke to Dylan on Sat 1/6/18 to get instructions for the tow truck driver to drop the car off on Sun 1/7/18. I got a call on Monday from Steve who handled my car's actual visit. New to Subies Got to speak with Bob Falcone himself on the phone when I called to check on their 2017 inventory the "last" day of the 0% interest special. Even though he had no 2017's available he did everything possible to meet my needs over the phone and even gave me the stock numbers of the exact cars he could make work for what I was looking for. Great service as usual!!! I was at Falcone for service two days in a row.....first day was for my Outback. Just due for service and I requested a check on wiper blades. I don't know what Brady did, but I received new wiper blades all around compliments of Subaru. Thanks much for that!!! On day two of car service detail, I brought in my son's Forrester. Great new Forester! Bought a Forester in June, pre-owned, but 2017 model. The dealer made sure it was in like new condition before we picked it up. Buying the car was also hassle free. Have had body work done after it was side swiped, satisfied with the work. Have had routine maintenance done, they were remarkably quick to get me in and out!
