Best Subaru Dealership in Indianapolis I routinely bring in my 2016 Subaru Forester for all maintenance and addition of options/parts. Never have I ever had a poor or below exemplary experience with the parts/service team at Falcone. I will always recommend Falcone for all Subaru needs.
Primo Service I took our new GTI in for the 5 yr. wax coat service and "protective coat" on the interior seats. All staff were friendly and helpful. Plus the car was knock out beautiful when I picked it up! Thank you for a job well done. PS: I had ordered a boot mat for the back trunk area, it had been placed inside as well.
Makes me feel like I'm their favorite customer Brought my wife's car in for routine maintenance and to investigate a strange noise coming from the engine compartment at idle. The car needed to be kept overnight to complete the diagnosis and repair. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle. The following day the source of the strange noise was determined. Lowball offer and curt treatment Hour-long wait to have trade-in vehicle assessed, coupled with no handshake from the sales manager once he finally got around to me. Offer on my trade was significantly below blue book ($2,500 lower than what I ultimately traded it in for and $3,000 lower than a wholesaler). Overall, just a curt, “don’t have time for this” vibe. I was treated much better at one of their competitors. Coming from a family-owned sales business, I do not recommend them for new or used sales.
Amazing service! I was in a minor accident a couple weeks ago, and I called Falcone Collision the next morning. I purchased my vehicle from Falcone a little over a year ago and had a wonderful purchase experience as well. Falcone Collision was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. Regular Maintenance I own a Subaru Forester that I purchased in Sept 2016. I love this car! Just brought it in for maintenance. I have had zero problems with it. I waited for it to be done and was there only 1 hour. The staff at Falcone are very nice and courteous. Brady helped me today. Highly recommend them.

Purchase of new 2018 Passat 2018 Passat sale was great. Steve Lloyd and Jonathan Wilson were very efficient, great guys to talk to. They had the answers to any questions I had.
