What every dealership service should be like Been going to this dealership since I bought my car. Customer service is top notch, I like the honesty of the service advisor and the care they have for the customer.
Great service This is the second Subaru I have bought from Falcone Subaru from Bert Nickelsberg. He is always extremely helpful and patient. This time I changed my mind on the color of Outback I wanted after the car had been prepped and ready for delivery. Both Bert and Jon Wilson were very nice about the whole deal and were sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier with the car or the service I received. I always recommend Falcone Subaru to my family and friends.
quick, good customer service. The service was fast and efficient, and the price was fair for the service performed. I was able to complete work in the waiting area using the WiFi. I enjoyed the donuts, I wish the coffee was a little tastier, but that's not a real issue.

Repeat Lease Customer I had leased a 2014 Passat S and put way too many miles on it (77,000+). Upon returning the vehicle we were looking for new vehicles to possibly lease out at the same monthly payment with zero money down and they came across a 2017 Golf Sportswagen. It worked, so far I enjoy it, and I'll obviously be much more mileage-conscious going forward.

1st Buying Experience with Falcone Automtoive This was my first car buying experience from Falcone and it was great. I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback 2.5i premium. I explained my physical needs to my Sales Rep, Nick Kitner. He showed me the Outback which satisfied my request since it had all the safety features, remote power tailgate, etc.. 20,000 Maintenance I brought my 2016 Tiguan in for its 20,000 mile maintenance. Brady O'Cull introduced himself upon arrival and fully explained what services this visit included. I waited for the work to be completed and expected a longer wait time but to my surprise it was finished sooner than anticipated. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I cannot be more pleased with the customer service I receive each time visiting the dealership.
