Car purchase for our 16 year old Fresh off a purchase of a new Subaru just a few months ago we returned to Falcone to purchase a car for our 16 year old daughter. Every parent wants to put their child in a car they can trust without breaking the bank. Our sales person Alex got us a deal we are very happy with and our daughter is driving a first car she can very proud of!

Did what they said they would do I had a rear seat belt that wasn't working quite correctly. The dealer scheduled the car and ordered the part without complication. The dealer replaced the part and also did the 20,000 check up as scheduled. They are always pleasant, tell me the plan and expected costs, and accommodate my travel needs.

Service I brought my 2012 VW CC in for quite a substantial service. Falcone took great care of not only my car with the fixes but also catered to me in the process. I highly recommend their service department as well as their dealership as a whole. The staff was friendly as always. Highly recommend them. I have bought 2 cars from them and will continue in the upcoming future.

Very bad service experience. Very bad service experience here. I have my car serviced at Falcone Volkswagen for more than 4 years. Their oil and filter change service is good. But for repairing parts, they always ask to replace whole parts even if issues can be fixed by only replacing the minor part. I can always find another car repair shop to fix the issues much much cheaper than them.

Customer service is our top priority and we pride ourselves on being transparent in every department. Per customer’s request, we provided diagnostic services and a repair estimate based off Volkswagen MSRP and professional expertise. In this case, customer selected to pass on recommended repairs.

Wonderful! Our experience at Falcone was excellent! I am pretty indecisive at times and our salesperson Tiffany Compton was patient and excellent to work with! I searched on the internet and she called and emailed within minutes! I don't know how many Volkswagen Tiguan pictures and all the information she sent me! My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Falcone with Tiffany! Tiffany was ill at the time but she didn't let that stop her from being on top of our buying process!

on time The part I ordered arrived in the time frame I was quoted. They got me scheduled the same day it arrived. Best of all, the service was completed in less time than I was told.

Very Happy! One of the best new car buying/leasing experiences I have ever had. Had done some comparison shopping prior to contacting Falcone and the difference/improvement in treatment as a perspective customer was definite and noticeable (and appreciated). Justin Poynter was honest, positive, not at all pushy and was also patient with any questions I had. Would not go elsewhere Subaru Outback 2016 Here is the best part: Consistent, reliable, predicable. Those words describe every experience we have with Falcone Subaru. Here is another thing, perhaps wonky. There are other Subaru dealers around Indianapolis, even closer to my home than Falcone. I choose to do business with Falcone because he stayed in Indianapolis, when the other dealers fled to other counties. Satisfied repeat customers Long term customers. First purchase was a VW CC in 2011. Have leased Subaru Outback's since. Just leased the 3rd. We have always started our process with Tiffany Compton, and have come to trust her a lot! We are really glad she has been there for each purchase/lease. But everyone at Falcone is always helpful and friendly. So the experience is as good as it gets. Thanks!
