Superb Service Tiffany Compton is fantastic. Her service was amazing. Tiffany's no xx attitude made me know I was doing the right thing by purchasing my new Subaru. I strongly recommend this dealership; especially Tiffany.
Honesty is the best policy I brought my 2000 VW Beetle in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Steve, as usual, took very good care of me. It turns out that I did not need the alignment. I really appreciate the honesty in letting me know that I didn't need the alignment. Falcone Service is an honest service dealer. Unfortunately, that's not true for many repair shops. This dealership can't be topped. This operation is class, across the board. I've never been a Subaru driver before, and when I became curious and wandered into your dealership the first few times, I received no pressure, no requests for my contact information to badger me for interest in buying, and no manipulation. Jetta My family has been purchasing their VW’s for many many years from this dealership. When circumstances brought me here I was a skeptic at first. I never purchased a car on my own before. I was not looking forward to the haggling or the numbers to change over and over once I got to the finance office. I had no time for that. Instead it was the easiest transaction the most honest and it didn’t hurt at all. Tiffany was amazing informative and so much fun to work with.
