Super Awesome Experience Start to finish there was great care given. Hassle free lease experience Having had the typical “dealer” experience before, it is refreshing to work now two times with Tiffany at Falcone on a new car lease. From respect for time, options, test drive, paperwork and readiness of the vehicle, I could not have asked for an easier experience. They even threw in a seat cover after I mentioned my dogs ride in the back seat sometimes! Can’t beat that!! They will treat you right!
My first Subaru I had been looking for used Subaru’s all over the place, and came in to check one out they had online. However after test driving a new Outback I knew that it was the better deal. We used the 0% interest financing offer, the whole process was very smooth. I’m thrilled with my new car! Ask for Matt Bartelson, he’s great!
Riding in a Ru This was my first time buying/leasing a vehicle and going in I assumed the process would be a long and tiring one. Matt was super helpful and broke everything down for me. I walked away very impressed with how easy everything was. Highly recommend this dealership. Moe was great too!
Awesome Tiffany went I feel above and beyond to assist me. I had a rental she followed me to the rental company to return the rental and made sure I was comfortable with the loaner I was looking to purchase the next day!! She help me to set up my navigation & assisted with all questions and concerns!
First time enjoyed buying a car! We started looking to lease another car in June. We sent emails to several dealers. One of the best car-buying experiences ever! I had never owned a Subaru, but was looking to downsize from my Honda Odyssey. Matt Bartelson and staff were professional, honest, and no-pressure from beginning to end. Perfection. I bought my beloved vw cc 9 years ago so it was time for something new as I approached the 10 year mark. After moving to Florida I drove back and still continued to buy with Tiffany. My family and I trust her immensely, she’s honest, helpful, and many other lovely things. She made this difficult process so simple, understandable, and truly cares about what’s best for the individual. Moe also just made everything go so smoothly. Pleasant experience as always. My wife and I have purchased multiple cars from Falcone. Each time we are welcomed back with friendly staff who make us feel more a home than your traditional car lot. They don't have your "magic calculator" but they will show you the sales screen with all the numbers, whether you're trading or not. No bogus fees, hidden charges, or out-right xxxxxx business.
