WOW experience! From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left, everyone was there to make sure I had a great experience. Gene took as much time as was needed to go over the car and make sure I was totally satisfied. One of the best car buying experiences ever!
Always great at Falcone Suburu I brought my Suburu Forester in to have the tire checked - it had a nail in it, and I had previously taken it to a tire store, where I was told that it was through the sidewall, and was told there was no option other than a new tire. Increased engine noise I brought my 2014 Forester in for an oil change and asked they look into why it sounded noisy when slowing down until completely stopped. I thought it was something simple but turns out the transmission was going bad and it was under warranty so they replaced it at no charge. They arranged a loaner car until it was done and took care of me very well. I had it back in a few days and it is running great

Great Experience We were unhappy with the deal offered at Bob Rohrman in Laf . Some other employee of Subaru Laf had recommended your Falcone Dealership. Gene Neal and Mr. Falcone were fantastic.
