2nd Car Purchase - and would buy another! This was my second experience working with Tiffany Compton at Falcone. She is the best! I really appreciated her honesty, follow up, attention to details, and prompt communications. Also, unlike other places, there no surprises from beginning to the end of my car purchasing experience. I would recommend her and the dealer to anyone and purchase from them again.
Professional and Trustworthy I brought in my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta to assess a rattling steering wheel. The staff was outstanding from start to finish. They explained the issues and gave me options on how to proceed. I will never take my car for service anywhere else!
Outstanding Performance Compared To Other Dealers My Car Buying Experience: I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. They told me they did not have any inventory on what I wanted and Subaru's were selling just that fast. Their prices were high and they told me they are not very negotiable. Fast, Courteous, Honest My Beetle had an emergency. Steve Halloran and the rest of the service team were crazy busy. Steve not only helped me with my car's issue, but found the time to find me alternate transport. Through it all, Steve and everyone else were attentive, courteous, and willing to help. 'Put-at-ease' Purchase Experience My wife and I purchased a 2019 Impreza Base Hatchback model in Crimson Red after her vehicle was totaled in an accident. Amazing Tiffany was great. It was nice not to feel pressured our descended upon. We were allowed to peruse without feeling rushed. She is among the two best car sales personnel I've ever encountered. I am glad we arrived at just the right time! Mo was amazing as well. We had an exceptional experience.
Excellent service! I had a wonderfully breezy experience buying my Subara from Justin P. at Falcone. Justin procured the make/model/color I wanted, helped me through every step up the purchasing process, and took the time to explain every feature in the vehicle.

Most Awesome Dealership By far the best dealership I've ever worked with. We love our new Subaru Ascent. It was great working with Tiffany, Gary, Nick and Moe! Awesome communication during the waiting process. The most hassle free purchase I've ever had and I'm 48. Look forward to being part of the Falcone car experience for the long term.
