Another great experience at Falcone Subaru. Justin Pointer, our salesperson, made our experience buying our new Subaru very easy. His communication with us was amazing as he located and made sure the exact vehicle we wanted was delivered to us. He made sure all our questions were answered when he delivered us the exact vehicle we wanted. Jeff the finance manager made the paperwork simple and quick. New '19 Crossktrek Justin did a fantastic job finding a great '19 Crosstrek. He's incredibly knowledgeable on his subject matter and was able to answer every question I could come up with. Really nice guy! Super happy with the car and I'm looking forward to working with Falcone in years to come.
So far so great I recently, and by recently I mean two weeks ago purchased a VW from a different dealership. Due to certain circumstances, I had to make a rush decision when buying that car. Back for car purchase #4! I'm back at Falcone Automotive for car purchase #4! This time around, I was there for comparison shopping and picked a 2018 VW Tiguan. Fantastic Purchased a 2018 Outback. Steve Lloyd was fantastic, and so was Mr. Falcone. They went above and beyond for me, and I feel like I got a very fair price and that they made sure everything was as simple and transparent as possible. So far, the car is wonderful as well. Also great that they do not add any hidden fees after a deal is made. Definitely recommend 100%.
