Simply the best! Falcone is simply the best! I had a last minute service request this week and they were more than accommodating. Steve was so helpful, friendly, quick to provide updates, and had me all taken care of in no time as always!!

Efficient and courteous I came into the dealership having done some background research, and knew that I wanted to purchase a Crosstrek, likely a white Crosstrek, and wanted to test drive a few different versions. Thoughtful and Considerate Everyone we dealt with was great!!! Matt is a very understanding salesperson. He ran multiple "what ifs" with the numbers of the various models we were looking at and was more than willing to do it over. After a couple of hours the first visit, with the test drive and questions we needed to cut it short. We asked if we could come back tomorrow-Matt never questioned it, just said sure no problem. Outstanding Service Needed to replace a tire on my new CC. I anticipated having to drop the tire off and return later to pick up. Steve was able to pull it off so it was just a short wait and I was back on the road. I own a restaurant and understand the level of service that make s one stand out above all the rest. My daughter actually referred me to Falcone for that reason. Great Job Steve! Thanks

Best experience for car purchase Matt was great at helping me select my Subaru CrossTrek vehicle. Was originally going to head to Subaru dealership next to the Subaru plant in Lafayette. Was warned by family member who works at the plant of extremely long service times. As an alternate decided to go to Falcone first. Did not need to check out a 2nd dealership, loved the no pressure sales and no dealership fees. The Awesome Steve Steve is one of the nicest, friendliest, most helpful VW employees I've ever dealt with. And that includes Los Angeles, NYC and Las Vegas. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything. Awesome guy.

Great experience buying a new VW Nick was great in helping me find the VW GTI in the color and trim that my son and I wanted. We had some very specific requirements and Nick did not dissapoint. He went out of his way to find what we wanted and delivered as promised. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a VW or Subaru.
