Going back for sure! Justin was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable and could answer every question. He didn't push us at all, which actually led us to buy our Atlas sooner. Looked a a LOT of Cars! Looked at a lot of models...impressed with the Subaru...had intended to buy an Audi or BMW...but decided that the Outback was perfect for me.
Unsatisfied with Service Department My Subaru Outback had a recall (airbag issue). After receiving a letter in the mail, I found a date that we could manage w/o the car for a day and made the appointment a week ahead. Dropped the vehicle off the night before for scheduled service the next day. Subaru called on the day service was to be performed stating they did not have any airbags in stock and could not do anything. Love this Place! I drove up from Bloomington and brought in my Passat for its 60,000 mile check up and an oil change. I also had a few other random questions/concerns regarding my car. The check in staff member was very friendly and informative and helpful. I can't say it enough about how pleased I have been with the excellent support and service that we have always received at Falcone. Thank you so much!

Couldn’t be happier I had to trade in my disabled vehicle and was upside down on my loan. I ended up with a 2018 Tiguan and I love it. The staff I worked with did everything they could to get me the best deal. They were honest and always gave me a time frame so I wasn't sitting and waiting for an unknown amount of time. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with my experience.
Great Experience I had a problem with My water Pump. I called in- got an appointment fast The staff are always friendly & helpful..especially Steve My car runs great so far!! :) I look forward to purchasing a New Beetle 2017 in the future
Fantastic service and great people Or 2010 out back received its 120,000 mile service and we also had it detailed the vehicle now looks like it is just off the showroom floor.
Great Service experience Steve and the team quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. They thoroughly explained the issues and provided a concise list of things to watch for in the future. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for future service needs
