Satisfied repeat customers Long term customers. First purchase was a VW CC in 2011. Have leased Subaru Outback's since. Just leased the 3rd. Amazing customer service I have had my car serviced here since I bought it 2 years ago. At my most recent service appointment, I hadn't realized how long the service was going to take and had to get to a court hearing for a client. I asked my service manager to skip the car wash (which is included free) because I was going to be short on time. He went back himself to help with the service so that not only did I make it to court on time, but still got my car washed. Going above and beyond like that makes this a great place to... read more

Best Leasing Experience Ever I recently leased a Crosstrek for my Girlfriend. Everyone I came into contact with was amazing, especially Alex Moffett! He is hands down the one to see at this dealership for both Subaru and VW sales.
Outstanding Service My 2018 Subaru Crosstrek needed body work due to a minor rear-end collision. The body shop provided me with a detailed explanation and proposal. Their quote was both less than two other dealer bodyshops I received quotes from, and included a more thorough repair. I was able to schedule service promptly and the work was completed on time and met my expectations.
Excellent service Brought my vehicle in for a small leak. It is still under warranty and they treated me the same as a paying customer. They were quick, thorough and had a nice area to hang out and wait. They had chips, drinks, donuts, and coffee available.
Falcone Service Experience Our 2005 Saab had to have a major (expensive) electronic part replaced. Worked with Dylan to figure out the best approach from an expense standpoint. He was professional, logical, and we decided that the car, despite having 170,00 miles on it, was still worth the expense to get this part replaced. Can't see myself buying from any other dealership. I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, my second Crosstrek from Falcone. My 6 Month check up on my 2018 Forrester I brought my 2018 Subaru Forrester in a six month maintenance and was very happy with the service I received and the attention of the technicians who took care of me.
