Another positive! We had such a "positive" experience less than a year ago that we returned for our second buying experience. Alex is an excellent salesman, personal and excited about the product he sells . He's very conscientious in wanting us to know every aspect of the car, as well as all the facts and figures in the sales negotiation. Defective Clock Spring I purchased a 2012 VW Tiguan from Falcone on 11 May 2016. The 2012 Tiguan currently has two active recalls, one for bubbles in the fuel and one for a defective clock spring; both are safety related. I called Falcone to schedule an appointment to have the clock spring replaced as it makes the drivers air bag inoperable along with the horn. Always timely, reliable, friendly service I got an alert to come in for routine service. I scheduled online for the exact time I needed. When I brought in the car, I got some coffee and a Long's doughnut and sat down in the business area to work until my service was over. I brought in my email notice to pick a gift off of the Christmas tree, and I saved 50 bucks! Brady the service guy is always great and explains everything. Thank you brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5 I , the battery had been replaced in January 2017 but failed in December 2017, however I had not been driving the car and realized that I probably contributed to the problem. However, the battery was still under warranty. They not only charged the battery they replaced it with a new one at no cost to me. I'll always go to Falcone! I live within walking distance of another Subaru dealership. They are very nice and pleasant, but when it came to buying my car, Falcone was amazing. They really work hard to meet my needs and assure that I'm pleased. When I brought the car in for service this last time, I had a long list of things I wanted to have checked that I hadn't given them when I made the appointment. Falcone Subaru's service and attention to detail are great! Falcone is my choice I had looked at 2017 Foresters on another dealer's lot, even drove one. But, my brother in law is a Falcone customer (a very pleased one) and it is closer to my workplace as well. So I was pleased to find I could get a 2018, at the same price as the other dealer's 2017s, and with such a straightforward purchase process. I did have the VIP advantage but still kudos to Falcone Subaru team for a smooth straightforward and seamless purchase process! Salesperson Justin Poynter was very helpful!
