Integrity knows no distance My car broke down in Columbus, Ohio while I was out of town. My wife and I are so appreciative of the honest and capable people at Falcone Volkswagen that we had our car towed 200 miles to the Falcone dealership. As always, the service we received there is second to none. They go above and beyond to provide outstanding service and this situation was no exception.

I love my dealership! I have a year old CrossTrek and love it. I came in for routine service for 12,000 miles and it couldn't have been smoother. The waiting room is amazing, staff great, and whole experience far and above any other dealer I have dealt with in 50 years.

Service I just bought a Passat from somewhere else and bought it into the service department for the air bag recall. I chose Falcone because I know it has been at this location for years, when I called everyone was nice and friendly and got me right in, this is why I decided Falcone will be the service department for all my future needs Thanks.

Our purchase of a new vehicle. We bought a 2018 Subaru Outback. We really appreciated our experience at Falcone. Years ago, I purchased a Saturn. This experience reminded me of that time. Your price was reasonable and there was no pressure to purchase on the spot (or pressure at all for that matter). Everyone was helpful and able to answer any questions we had. Great Service and Deal Matt was very patient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all my questions. He took time to explan the difference between financing and leasing my vechile for different months and for the various downpayments I was considering. The staff was very helpful, they helped me chose my subaru crosstrek, and even advised me on the color selection for my leather upgrade. Jon completed the finishing touches for the paperwprk and insurance desriptions. Everyone even said hello to my child! Thanks.

40k Checkup I came in for my 40k checkup on my Jetta. The staff courteous, informative and truly caring. The work and inspections were carried out quickly and efficiently. The cost was fitting for what was done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. All in all a very good experience.

Falcone is the best. Brought my 2000 Beetle in for service because the air conditioning was not functioning. They diagnosed the problem that day and gave me a beautiful white 2017 Passat loaner car since parts had to be ordered.The repairs were completed and at a reasonable price.I was kind of sad to have to give up that beautiful Passat but I really did miss my Beetle.When I turned on the air conditioner, it was like a winter arctic blast. Helpful Staff I went in to purchase a used Subaru Forrester and the staff helped me lease to own a new VW Tiguan for the same price. I was highly satisfied by how helpful they were, how much effort they put into my search and the multiple options they provided.
