Fast and friendly I brought my car to Falcone for its first manufacturer-recommended service because I bought the car at Falcone. Steve Halloran, the service writer, welcomed me as soon as I walked in, found my record immediately and explained what the 10K service entailed. He accepted the coupon I was given for the free service and showed me the service lounge areas. The work was done within the time estimated and the car was returned to me freshly washed. Falcone Service Experience Brought the 2017 Subaru Outback in for 12,000 service. As usual, the staff was attentive, thorough, and easy to work with. Although it's a long trip from Noblesville to the west side, I'd much rather take the time and work with the folks at Falcone rather than go to the Subaru dealership on 96th St. Keep up the great work!

Exactly What I Wanted I had been searching for a gray 17' Crosstrek with a moon roof for 3 weeks and I wanted it at dealer price knowing the 18's are coming out next week...no one would work with me. they either wanted to stack a few grand for random fees or transport fees since there was not one on lot or just be jerks. Falcone has integrity My Saab is not cheap to fix. It was nice to go and have them look at it get it going and only charge me the $50 analysis. Honesty is so important! That was the cheapest I've ever had anything done on my car even an oil change!
Highly Recomended!!! I came in the first time after visiting another Subaru dealer in the area. I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this was the place I was going to buy from.
