1st owner of a VW Found the used bug the wife wanted for her birthday! No presure salesmen. Bob falcone actualy came to chat with us for 20min. All questions answered. Try the rest, then go to Falcone. No back and forth with another person over your price. Relaxed. No pressure. Subaru Outback sells itself. Bert was my associate. Awesome experience. They truly just want you to be happy with your selection.
Exceptional service Had a small issue with the heating system. Service took care of the issue while I waited and applied my warranty seemlessly! This dealership is truly different. When I visit, it feels like catching up with old friends! I feel like everyone is genuinely happy to see me. We've purchased our last four vehicles from this location. Two were VW's and two Subaru. We've always gotten a great deal on an exceptional vehicle! I can't imagine taking my car business anywhere else!

Great service and test drive experience Everyone is friendly and helpful. I left Steve know I was interested in looking at a new car but my salesman had retried. He spoke w/John and then we met. I was able to test drive a new car and there was no pressure to purchase today or make a deal....one of the things I love about this dealership! This will be the 4th car we lease or purchase from this dealership. Thank you! Steve kept me appraised along the way about the time it would take for my service. Great service all around!

Excellent and efficient service I always get great service and in the time expected. I was told my appointment would take about an hour and twenty minutes and that's how long it took. Love supporting a local family run business too. Keep up the excellent work!
