Great service I brought my 2014 Forester in because the battery had died earlier in the day and I wanted it checked out because 1) it is used for my business--dependable transportation is a MUST for me, and 2) it was still under warranty. The owner is pompus and disrespectful They did not stand by their inspection, they lied, the onwer was rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We have lost all faith in Subaru as a company because of them.

Perfect place for buying a new (to me) car I had a great experience with Falcone - I had been looking for a car for almost a month and we checked Falcone right before I was about to buy at a different dealership and found a newer car with fewer miles for only a little bit more money. service dept falcone subaru I have a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek - I use the Falcone service dept on a regular basis for the following reasons: 1. They are super nice and helpful 2. They explain things and do not try to sell me on things I do not need. 3. Their fees are comparable to same service elsewhere 4. The waiting room is clean. 5. I love my car and need it to last for a good long while and the team at Falcone help ensure that my car stays in excellent shape! Thanks!
Awesome place and people! My wife and I just bought our second Subaru from here and my parents are on their 3rd. These guys at Falcons know what customer service is, nicest, most polite patient staff I've ever met. They would literally do anything they can to help you.
New outback purchase When we decided to investigate the purchase of an Outback Alex was extremely helpful in providing low mileage and new vehicles for our consideration. The process was was pretty quick and easy due to the effort and enthusiasm Alex brought. These are two traits I have always looked for and appreciate in a person. Your dealership was upfront and offered information without any pressure. Car buying can be a pleasant experience.
