Wheel Repair Your dealership was able to work me in on Monday afternoon, January 1st. I had a flat tire over the weekend, which was fixed at a local place, but it stripped the threads on several bolts. As a result, one of my wheels did not have enough lug nuts. Your dealership was able to work me in that Monday, and repair/replace the stripped threads, so now i have a safe wheel and safe car. It was a huge relief to have someone reliable fix my car. Easy to see customer service is their top priority John was really great to work with. My fiance had some somewhat difficult requirements in that she wanted some creature comforts normally found in more expensive models but didn't want her monthly payment to be much more than $250. We were upside down on her Fiat that we traded in and received an offer consistent with what we had found online evaluating the value ourselves. Good ending to a bad day With short notice, I had my car towed into the shop after losing a tire to a pothole on I-65. Matt Bartelson treated me like a longtime regular, even though I had just bought my first car from Falcone only two weeks earlier. He got my car into a bay quickly, made sure the accident had caused no other damage than the tire and got me on my way in a surprisingly short time. Everything was explained clearly. This was an excellent experience.

Excellent service. Your employees are great and friendly and well prepared. Mr. Steve is a great person with tremendous kindness and knowledge about what needs to be done once you explain to him what the problem is.

Excellent service It was my first service with my first subaru. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything that was to be done. I was in between the 6000 mile service. They actually told me to wait on tire rotation because it wasn't neccessary this early. I absolutely loved the poster with everyone's pets! Great place great people!

Superior Customer Service The service department at Falcone has always exceeded my expectations with their customer service. This particular time they went above and beyond to make sure I had transportation with the use of a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced/repaired. I could not be more satisfied. I will recommend Falcone to everyone looking for a new/used vehicle or for service.

Lovin my Subarus since 1987! My first experience with this dealership was when it was owned by Duke Gold. Customer focused and efficient. 12,000 mile service: Ryan was outstanding. He honored a coupon that was not updated with the new mileage maintenance tier and was quick and efficient. My schedule needs depend on the shuttle to and from work. Thanks to Falcone for a great service model.
