Professional and Trustworthy I brought in my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta to assess a rattling steering wheel. The staff was outstanding from start to finish. They explained the issues and gave me options on how to proceed. I will never take my car for service anywhere else!
Outstanding Performance Compared To Other Dealers My Car Buying Experience: I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. Fast, Courteous, Honest My Beetle had an emergency. Steve Halloran and the rest of the service team were crazy busy. Steve not only helped me with my car's issue, but found the time to find me alternate transport. Through it all, Steve and everyone else were attentive, courteous, and willing to help. 'Put-at-ease' Purchase Experience My wife and I purchased a 2019 Impreza Base Hatchback model in Crimson Red after her vehicle was totaled in an accident. Amazing Tiffany was great. It was nice not to feel pressured our descended upon. We were allowed to peruse without feeling rushed. She is among the two best car sales personnel I've ever encountered. I am glad we arrived at just the right time! Mo was amazing as well. We had an exceptional experience.
Excellent service! I had a wonderfully breezy experience buying my Subara from Justin P. at Falcone. Justin procured the make/model/color I wanted, helped me through every step up the purchasing process, and took the time to explain every feature in the vehicle.

His communication with us was amazing as he located and made sure the exact vehicle we wanted was delivered to us.
