My Very First Car - Awesome Experience!! I was in pursuit of purchasing the very first car in my life. Naturally I was nervous, excited, overwhelmed all at the same time. New Forester We had a great experience leasing my new Subaru! Tiffany was patient and answered all of my questions. She genuinely seemed to genuinely car that I get a car that I want. She never acted like a “salesperson” or tried to talk me into a car. She sat down with me and ran the numbers in several ways to make sure I knew all of my options. We will definitely return to Falcone and Tiffany when my husband gets his next Subaru.
Tiffany is awesome! Tiffany Compton was so helpful, professional, and friendly! I have had terrible car buying experiences at other dealers, but Tiffany made the experience fun. I will always come to Falcone for my cars as long as I can work with Tiffany.
A good alignment Had flat in Tennessee and had to replace all four tires to get home. I had the local tire store install four new tires and asked if they could do a 4-wheel alignment, they said yes. I had them do the work and they charged me for the alignment, but then told me they could not get the wheels aligned...that something must be worn. Drove home and then took the car to Falcone and they aligned the 4-wheels without a problem and said the car way fine.
Best car buying experience We recently bought a 2019 Subaru crosstrek from Falcone Subaru. And it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Bert Nickelsberg helped us through the buying process. Once the purchase was completed, he gave is a detailed tutorial on all the great features on the new Crosstrek. I would recommend Falcone Subaru to my friends & family.

Impressive buying experience From first to last the buying experience was much more straightforward and professional than is usually the case at car dealers. The pricing was fair and direct, without the usual haggling. Bert, the sales associate, was friendly, thorough, and efficient, and responded quickly to my messages. The closing was smooth, low pressure--no surprises. And Bert provided a complete tutorial before I drove away with the car. Overall, very pleasantly surprised!
Saab Service Center I was helped by John Clark in service on Wednesday, Oct. 31. This guy was so nice and knowledgeable about cars, especially about the Saab..Wednesday, I brought in my 2004 Saab to have the tires checked. I’m so glad i met someone I can trust with my car.
