Tiffany made it sooo easy!!! I want to say the whole experience was wonderful. From the moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and ask if we needed help with anything. That’s nice. Tiffany was amazing! Her warm smile put us at ease right away. She was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in . She made the whole process go very smoothly. We will highly recimmensely her to anyone!
Check engine light becomes problem child. I took my 5 year old 65,000 forester in for a check engine light. Due to being busy and not having an appointment they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. When I picked my vehicle up I head home only to have an issue, I immediately turned around and dropped it back off. A serendipitous experience I am a Beetle LOVER, therefore I had been toying with the idea of buying a final model Bug. I met Tiffany by chance and SHE is the reason for the purchase. Another great buy from Falcone! After great customer service before on a previous purchase we went back to Tiffany to buy our son’s first car - and she didn’t let us down. She had the car we wanted, we picked it up and got all the paperwork complete very quickly and got the car home and hidden in time for Christmas morning. Moe in Finance was great too! Now I am enjoying driving my son’s new car while he is at school and he enjoys trying to scare me while he is learning to drive!

Exceeds Expectations Brought in my 2018 Atlas for a routine check up. Process was smooth and very easy. Everything was done as promised and on time. The service representative, Steve, met me when I arrived. He reviewed and confirmed the services I had expressed I needed and let me know exactly what I should expect.
