Matt is the man. From arriving through delivery, Matt made everything easy and uncomplicated. I felt my trade in was valued appropriately and Matt clearly outlined the aspects of paying with cash vs. taking advantage of financing options. Finally, Matt did an unhurried compressive delivery explaining the vehicle.
First Car Buying Experience was a Breeze This was my first time buying a car, and Falcone made the process so simple and effortless. They took time to talk through all the options and explain everything. Once I had picked a car they helped show me all the gadgets in the car. They also offered different insurances and maintenance services to help keep my car running smoothly over time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back for maintenance services.

Perfect experience Everything about my experience with this dealership was excellent, thus my five star review. Great experience! Greatly appreciated Matt approaching us (2 older women) and offering to help. He did not pressure us and answered a multitude of basic questions. This was contrary to another local dealership that totally ignored us to the point of being rude. Jon took time to explain financing and offered alternatives. This dealership was friendly and informative. The best place to purchase a Subaru.
Work with Tiffany Alright so I was in the market for a car but in no rush - I walked in and asked about a Subaru. Tiffany not only pointed me in the right direction but she wasn’t pushy at all. I had a longggg test drive and she worked with me through the whole process, even when there were hangups. Ask for Tiffany! This dealership is great, very easy to talk to, helpful in the car buying process, and make sure to ask for Tiffany!
