No haggle I walked in to look at a specific car. I was met promptly and the salesman (Steve Lloyd) quickly located the car. After I surveyed the car, I met with Steve to discuss a price. I believe Steve offered me a price that would be difficult to beat. Meanwhile, Bob Falcone (the owner) personally came in with an offer for my trade-in. He explained the pricing routine for trade-ins then promptly offered me more. Unknown to Mr Falcone, he had met my minimum trade-in price. Great experience The whole process from test driving to signing the lease is quick and easy. Everyone is helpful but not pushing. Very different experience from most other dealerships.

Great, No Haggle Experience I contacted Bert via the website regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He responded within a few hours. Setting up an appointment was easy. Bert did not try to haggle or upsell things I was no interested in. The experience was easy, and I felt good leaving the dealership, which is rare.
