Falcone TOPS in Sales and Service I leased my third consecutive VW Jetta several months ago and I've had the good fortune to work with Tiffany Compton on the past two occasions. First experience, First time Subaru owner This is the first Subaru I’ve owned but not my first experience with the brand or the Falcone Subaru dealership. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Nick was very patient, cooperative and fair. You really can't ask for more than that. In addition all the other members of the Falcone team that we interacted with were very low key and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership.
Buy Your Next New Car Here I visited 4 dealerships in one day and Falcone was easily the best. Matt Bartelson was very knowledgeable and showed me the benefits of the Outback without any pressure. He provided me with informational printouts of the car I was looking at that I could go home and analyze. Ultimately, I chose the Subaru Outback and the Falcone experience over what Honda, Mazda and Toyota had to offer. Kudos to Matt and the Falcone team for a job well done.
Tiffany is the go to person when we buy a car Our family has now purchased our 10th vehicle from Falcone. Moe in Finance was a pleasure to work with. I also like to deal with Steve when going in for service. I always make it a point to check on our favorite saleswoman, Tiffany. Our latest acquisition was a pre owned vehicle and she went above and beyond to make sure it was the "right" vehicle for us.
