Fantastic experience! I’ve been a Honda driver for more than 20 years and have been a customer at the same dealership that entire time. I’ll be back! My husband and I were just interested in looking at some different cars to consider for purchase. When we went to the dealership Matt greeted us right away and his knowledge about the vehicles was amazing! We weren’t ready to buy just yet, but when we are Matt will be our guy! He pretty much showed me exactly what I want.

Loaner Vehicle I purchased the Appearance Guard package for my 2019 Crosstrek. Since I live 50 miles from Indpls., Steve Lloyd made sure I had a loaner and let me know when my car was done. He is the BEST!!

Easiest car buying experience ever!!!! Gene made the car buying experience so easy and NO stress. He was also an old mechanic so he was very helpful on services and car knowledge.
Customer Service is the Best in Indianapolis! 2014 Subaru Outback was brought in due to recall of passenger front airbag. All went very smoothly in Service and both of the Reps were very good, especially at 7:00am! Estimated time from letter and I was out in an hour. Better than expected. I now live near the Keystone at the Crossing Fashion Mall; and make extra effort to come to Falcone Subaru instead of another dealer on the North side BECAUSE of your great Customer Service and Sales Team.
