Great Car Buying Experience Only 2nd time I purchased a new car and this experience went very well. I went to Falcone due to referral by using Costco car buying program. Was easy and painless process and Falcone staff were very responsive. I had decided what I wanted before contacting Falcone so process went very quickly.

Best way to buy a car! Falcone has been servicing my older Jetta for years, so when the time came for a new vehicle I stopped in while my Jetta was getting an oil change. I was not swarmed like at other dealerships and there was no pressure, it was night and day difference from a normal car buying experience - easy and actually enjoyable. The sales staff is salaried so there was no pressure to spend more than I wanted or upsell me, and I never had a doubt that I was paying a fair price for my new car. Awesome! Gene was great, answering all of my questions and letting me drive different models. This was my first time driving a Subaru so I had ALOT of questions and Gene was patient with me, answering all of them. Jon was my finance guy, if Gene was awesome Jon was fantastic. This was also my first time getting a car by myself but Jon walked me through everything and really helped me understand all of my options. would definitely send anyone looking for a car.

Great Experience for my first Outback Steve was great to work with, and helped me find an amazing Certified Used Outback. I never felt pressured during the process, which was a breath of fresh air. I had a small issue pop up with my vehicle a few months after my purchase. 2019 Forester Sport Nick Kitner was most excellent showing us 2019 Forester Premium and 2019 Forester Sport. The Sport was the one we liked the best. Nik took the time show us all the electronics (our 2011 Forester was outdated) and how to connect our smart phones so we could interface with the electronics. My wife is the primary driver so she is learning at the fun things with the electronics, not to mention the Sport drives and rides much nicer than the old Forester.
