Gene is awesome! I walked in the dealership to check out a used Forrester. Gene was great to understand my lifestyle, budget and expectations as he helped us buy a Brand new Outback instead. We love our car and most importantly everything was under budget. A great example of listening to your client instead of pushing a product to make a sale.
Excellent Customer Service This is our first Subaru purchase and Bert at Falcone couldn't have made the process more enjoyable. Falcone Expertise! This is a brand new car as of July 2019. My husband and I have bought (3) cars from Falcone and you have never let us down. I feel fortunate to only take my car in for tune-ups and never had to visit the body shop except one time. Falcone Automotive really cares about customer satisfaction! My girlfriend and I purchased a brand new Subaru Impreza Sport from Falcone Automotive. The vehicle was a dealer trade from a dealer in Kentucky. Unfortunately there was a delay in getting the trade up to the Indy area (which was in no way the fault of Falcone). New Golf R purchase - March 2019 Justin Pointer did a great job delivering my new 2019 VW Golf R. He gave me a thorough tour of the new features of the 2019 car, and ensured that the car looked fantastic as I drove it away. He was also very flexible in terms of transferring some items from my 2015 car, and made sure the window tinting appointment was scheduled quickly. Great salesman, great buying experience Matt Bartelson is a straight shooter. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and gave us an "out the door" price with no games or aggrevation. We saved thousands of dollars compared to another dealership, and we traded in our old car. We took a relative with us who wanted to just look at new cars and she bought one too. Can't praise them enough.
