Simple and easy. It was a great first lease experience. Within minutes of me being there, I felt welcomed and didn't feel the pressure of anything I didn't want. Bert took great care of me. I would highly recommend anybody going there to purchase their next vehicle.

Responsive, informed, communicative. I contacted Nick from Fl , told him what I wanted and he found it. He sent numbers and a credit ap. We sent back the ap and the required deposit . He sent pictures of the Passat and we set a date and time for pickup. We arrived , saw the car and met with Moe for lease numbers and signatures. Nick explained all the functions and away I went! Easy , zip zip. Love my new car!
Wonderful experience!! I would highly recommend Bert and Falcone to anyone in the market for a new Subaru. Bert was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and readily available to answer questions. They made us feel comfortable and confident as we navigated the process. They also made the entire experience pleasant, quick and easy. We’ll be back when it’s time for our teenager to get a vehicle!
