Very pleased with overall work and service team I brought my daughters Jetta in for a checkup and Oil Change. Steve at the Service Desk was very helpful. I was given very helpful info on what was needed and what could be held off on including the cost. I appreciate the info being provided without any attempts to push me to move forward with things that could wait or were not physically relevant to the safe operation of the vehicle.
Excellent!! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I've bought several cars before but I always left feeling like I was getting a bad deal or that the salesperson wasnt 100% honest with me. Shopping at Falcone was entirely different. Vey Positive Experience This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and was very nervous going in. I saw the car I would later buy online on the website which was very easy to navigate. I was approached by Gene very quickly and he helped me find the car with no problems. I did a test drive and they looked over my trade very quick.
