First time using Falcone service Brought my 2017 Outback in for service. Bought it from individual so this was my first time having car serviced and first time using Falcone service. Entered in wrong area to begin with. A gentleman moved my car for me and took me to the correct area. The guys who helped me at the service desk were very nice and accommodating. Serviced the car for 24,000 miles, did recall work and changed a sensor lever which was under warranty. All completed within a timely fashion!
