Key removal 2016 Forester the shift lever sometimes would not sense that it was in park causing the key not to be release. They repaired the problem with an updated shift plate guide assembly under goodwill. I was 5 months past the 3 year warranty and had only 23000 miles on the vehicle. Excellent service.
Friendly service This is the second lease we have done with Nick. He is always friendly and personable, and easy to work with! We appreciate him taking the time to set up the technology and link our phones to the new car!

A Forester worth waiting for I decided to buy the new 2019 Forester and chose to go to Falcone Subaru because of a friend's recommendation and I'm glad I did. Bert did a great job keeping in contact and was able to get me a loaner car when I sold my old car and had to wait a couple of weeks before the new Forester was delivered. When the new Forester did come in Bert went over all the controls, dials and switches which was very helpful. It also seems that he will be helpful in the future when I bring the car in for service.

Excellent Experience Alex Moffett has been by far one of the best people we have ever worked with and would highly recommend him to anyone.
