Seriously Impressed After being treated poorly at another Subaru dealer I am very happy with my experience at Falcone and with Justin. I was treated fairly and honestly throughout the process. He was very professional and answered every question I asked. I got the Impreza I wanted at a great price and feel valued as a customer.

So Easy I wanted a Crosstrek in white but they did not have one in stock. Justin took the time to find the exact one I wanted with the gray interior. He made the process so easy and there was never any pressure. Easiest car buying experience ever!
Helpful and friendly We met with Matt at the beginning of August to test drive the Subaru Forester. We were interested in the Sport trim, but they did not have any in stock at the time. Matt showed us one of the other trims they had in stock and walked us through the car and its features. We took a test drive through the surrounding neighborhoods and liked how the car handled. Breath of fresh air I had been diligently shopping for a new car for a little over a month. During this time I went to multiple dealers. After a series of bad experiences at the VW dealer closest to my home I decided to call Falcone. Friendly and painless process This was my first car buying experience on my own. I was somewhat dreading the process. The staff at Falcone made everything simple and easy. They were kind and patient. I never once felt pressured into making a decision. I would highly recommend Falcone!
Helpful and low pressure Alex and the rest of the team are very good at what they do. I prefer to do some online searching before visiting the dealership, and Alex reached out to me and offered additional help but never came across as pushy. I loved how welcome we were made to feel on the day of our visit. The buying experience seemed transparent and fair, and we couldn't be happier with our new Forester.
Exceptional I was thoroughly surprised/relieved to find a dealership that didn’t appear to pressure me into a sale. Alex fully listened to all my wants/needs in my new car.
