EXCELLENT My salesman, Alex could not have been nicer. I’m 73 yrs old & he treated me with the upmost respect. He explained everything from the radio to going off road. New car purchase Nick was great and so was Jon!. And we love our new Subaru too! Everyone really hustled on short notice to get us in for a test drive and then when we decided to purchase everyone moved very quickly to get us out the door in no time flat. Never felt pressure - which is always nice!
Car shopping made easy We had a fabulous with Falcone. Car shopping can be frustrating and intimidating, but we didn’t experience either of these. The sales staff was friendly, helpful and trustworthy. And the finance department was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about of experience! We’ll definitely be repeat customers!
great experience Alex and John made our buying experience very easy. Test drive and paperwork was about 1 hr and 10 mins total. Everyone knew exactly what their part was and made the process so smooth. We did our research before hand and Alex got me all the info on the car. I knew going in if the test drive was good this was it. The finance part was easy, Jon explained everything in detail and made the process effortless.
Power Steering light Have a 2016 Forester with 24000 miles on it and the power steering light had come on three different times if you turn the car off and back on it would reset itself. I took in for service and they said it needed a new control module that they had to order. Before I could leave the light came on twice more with no power steering.
