Happy customer Their staff is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient! They KNOW how to do customer service. I had an appointment. I just about got settled in my comfortable seat in the waiting room and they called my name to say they were done! Great!! They answered my questions and even helped sink my phone to the car. Again, great! I always recommend their service to friends.
Great, effecient and fair We had a wonderful experience buying our first Subaru Forrester with Falcone in 2013...after moving away we returned to Indianapolis JUST to buy our 3rd Subaru (ascent) from Falcone. I just ordered a new Subaru Outback from Falcone Subaru. The Costco auto program sent me there. Gene Neal was the sales person that took care of me. He was great. The price was fair and the trade in value was fair. His knowledge of his product was excellent.
Nick helped me find a Forester with all the options Nick helped me find a Forester with all the options I wanted, even though they didn’t have it on the lot. The purchase process was easy due to great communication from Nick and Moe was really good at explaining the financing paperwork. Everyone was friendly and personable. I think my salesperson treated me well and was as straightforward as one can expect in a transaction like this. Dealership was also generally straightforward and helpful, although there were a couple of miscommunications (not involving the salesperson) that did get resolved satisfactorily.
Honestly, this is only dealership we'll ever buy a car from! The Volkswagen Atlas is our second purchase from Falcone and it will not be our last. Everyone there . is helpful and very friendly.
