I have to give so much of my gratitude towards Nick. My schedule between school and work is difficult to work around and Nick came in on his day off to make sure that I could get my new car that day. We had a few hiccups that made the process a little bit longer, but he stayed and made sure we were taken care of. trade in for new car Have bought several cars at Falcone. This is second car from Bert. He listened to our need for a new car to be delivered in 3 days and he delivered exactly what we wanted. He spent all the time we wanted to make sure we new all the essentials of the car and arranged a follow up to be sure all questions were answered. Drove 2200 miles the first week without a problem.
