2nd VW I have recently turned my Passat lease in and was a little heart broken about it, I LOVED my Passat but I could not pass the deal Falcone was able to get me. I was able to get a loaded R-line Jetta for less than I was paying a month for my Passat. It is saving me gas money. There is a significant difference in size which I will have to get used to but I am so extremely happy with my experience. Nick got my Android auto linked up and I was ready to hit the road.
I’ll be 70 this year and have bought a LOT of cars. I have never had a smoother experience. Fair dealing too. 110% recommended.
We have purchased 3 cars over the years and always have great service. It’s rare anymore to see sales people and staff at a dealership stick around. Falcone seems to have little turnover and it’s great to always be able to work with same people.

Gene was very helpful and allowed ample time for me to evaluate the vehicle. He was available to answer any questions I had. He payed out pricing details in an easy to understand manner.

Great experience with this dealership Everyone at this dealership was great. Our salesman, Gene went above and beyond and spent a lot of time going over the function of the vehicle. We'll be back for another vehicle in a year or two.
Third Car from Falcone I have purchased/leased three cars from Falcone over the last 20 years; all without an incident (almost every purchase elsewhere had multiple issues/frustrations). To top it off, all three were from the same sales person, "Bert". Tell me where you can go and deal with the same person year after year. Most other places I have gone - a person gives me a card, crosses out "the name from last month" and writes theirs in its place!).
