This is our second car now from Falcone and the first thing we noticed both times is their genuine focus on customer service. Everyone from management to sales to service are always so kind, patient and driven towards customers concerns. We’ve been to the other places but no one compares. Thanks Falcone!
Pleased with the experience I was pleased with the experience at Falcone. Nick worked to acquire the car I wanted. He informed me that I would save $500 if I purchased a Costco membership so I did, however he forgot to include it in the paperwork and I missed it in the signing with Jon.
Love this place Every time I go to Falcone they treat me with respect and kindness. My car was overdue for the oil change and filthy. They didn't give me any flack for either just went about the business of taking care of business. I really appreciate everything they do.
