Love Encore Betsy did a fantastic job explaining all the features that I received with my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. I haven't had a vehicle with this much new-to-me technology, so it was helpful that she took the time to explain in detail how each one worked and how to access each setting. I really appreciate her knowledge of all the bells and whistles.

Easy to work with Dylan was helpful, courteous, friendly and easy going. Cherish was efficient and friendly. My husband and I are certain that this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We drove over 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and it was worth the drive! We are so happy with Falcone!
