Very friendly and easy to talk to. Accommodating and educated. Able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Not my first Subaru but first time at Falcone and definitely will be repeat customer.

Professional, Friendly and Efficient My husband and I recently purchased our second Subaru at Falcone with Bert Nickelsberg. We are able to set up most of the purchase thru email, just going to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. This was beneficial since we are not from Indianpolis. Bert was friendly and easy to work with, definitely will direct people his way!

I enjoyed working with Alex in order to get my new car (lease). He gave me all the information I needed to make a solid decision and didn't pressure me one way or the other. He helped me through this process for my first time getting a new car on my own and went through several options to get me the best deal for what I wanted. I love my car and that I was able to get it without playing the typical dealership games I experienced at other places.
