Highly recommended, they got me approved where other dealership could not get me approved for the car I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership with no hassle and didnt have to sit around and wait for hours like I did at the other dealership I was at. Will reccomend Falcon and will do business again

Simple and straightforward and great staff Second time working with Falcone and Bert. They are a model dealership with helpful salespeople who do not push anything or try to up-sell you on anything. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend Falcone. Jon was very helpful with the financing and provided options for extending warranties but was not pushy at all. Gary was similarly great and provided an excellent trade-in offer. Excellent customer service all around.

Best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Found a vehicle we were interested in on line. Arranged to test drive it and it was waiting at the door ready for us when we arrived. We weren’t exactly planning on buying a car that day, but the price was right, they offered us more than we’d imagined for our trade in, and they were able to match our credit union’s interest rate. They literally left us wondering why wouldn’t we move forward with the purchase. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks Alex!
So far so good. I was all about expediency. They not only honored that by recognizing my motives, they did not run me through the frustrations of usual car buying. The value on my trade-in was very reasonable and the process painless. For now, I would say it has been a great experience. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I generally do not until I have deeper understanding of total experience. Again, so far so good.
