The service was excellent. Everyone was thorough. They even stored my old car for the remainder of its lease. I never felt pressured to make a decision.
Bert was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was quick to respond to all questions I had and made sure I understood every part of the process before proceeding. I would highly recommend him for anyone else shopping for a Subaru, and would recommend Falcone over others in the region!

After locating the vehicle online that I wanted at this dealership, I dealt with my salesperson (Gene) 100% via email, text, or phone due to covid 19 concerns. After we easily agreed on a price, he accommodated a couple of option additions and even delivered the vehicle to my home upon my request. I appreciated the easy buying process. What a relief!
