I came from another dealer I had been to and experienced poor service... Alex was personable and I asked for Falcone best price... it came in lower than the other mega dealer in the city. We worked out the final price, set a paperwork and pickup time and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Picking up the car was just as smooth. I’ll go to Falcone first next time!
This has been a great experience, all around. Everyone has been very pleasant and knowledgeable. Justin was great and more knowledgeable than any other sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. At one point, after we had returned from a test drive, Justin was busy, and Chase stepped in. I was treated great and felt as if everyone was doing their best.
Good First Experiences with Falcone After buying our first Subaru last month. we returned today for our Love-Encore session to learn more about the many features of our new Forester. Betsey was great explaining things to us. We also had our first dealing with the Service Department, which went well. Nick was very friendly and took care of everything in a timely manner. Excellent customer service! Betsy took the time to familiarize me with my new fleet vehicle (Outback) and answer any questions I had. It was a quick and easy process. There were many features I was unaware of so the fact she took the time to show me was very beneficial! She also mentioned to call whenever I had a question and I am sure I will do so.
great I hate car shopping Gary and Jean made it much more pleasant without any pressure. I felt comfortable and less anxious about buying the car. John in finance made the signing of the papers a more pleasant experience than I have had in the past.
