I appreciated that they didn’t charge any additional fees nor did their finance lady pressure me to buy the various service packages. They were very nice. Nick did a great job explaining all the ‘electronics’!!

Always a good experience at Falcone Second time buying a vehicle at Falcone Subaru and have been great each time. I looked at other dealerships (different makes as well) but ended up at Falcone again. I should have just started there in the first place! The Love Encore experience was great after two weeks of owning the vehicle to get all my questions answered!

First new vehicle in some time We just purchased our first new vehicle in quite some time. Finally decided on a Subaru Ascent. We worked with Matt, primarily via email, but he was very responsive and easy to work with. Once he found the car we wanted, the rest was cake. The vehicle was ready when we showed up and finance, Jon, was very easy to work with as well. The entire process was one of the best major purchase experiences I have had and I would recommend both of them and Falcone to anyone I know. Thanks.

Great, non-pushy sales experience. Did not feel overly pressured into buying something. At the same time, the sales staff helped me to feel completely confident about the vehicle before buying by allowing me to have an extended test-drive. The follow up appointment after purchasing the vehicle to go over all the features was a great touch! Its great to know everything about my new Forester.
