Live up to their ratings!! I just moved back to Indy and googled to find a new Subaru Dealer. Falcone had great ratings and were close to my apartment. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and they set me up with a shuttle so I didn't have to wait. They completed my 60,000 mile service and washed my car. Great service so far!!

My experience with Alex was great, however, the way the finance manager presented me with the warranty packages came off as deceitful. The way it was presented made me think that what she was presenting was already coming with my car and had I not double checked the monthly payment, I would have signed on the dotted line for for much more than I was comfortable paying. Actually had Alex not been there checking in, I would have missed it.

Falcone continues to treat me like a customer that has not purchased yet... as in treating me great even though I have already purchased!! I have never been treated so well at any dealership -they are fantastic.
