Good customer service I pulled up unannounced, to ask a question about my subaru outback, that I had purchased at another dealership....I explained that I didn't get very good customer service at that dealership, & was wondering if I could ask a question here....I was told sure...!!..Gene, with his face mask and all, came outside & looked inside my vehicle, and offered some great insight to my dumb questions..!!...I appreciated him taking the time to step outside & offer some help...

Electronic explanation Betsy was very good on explaining things. Dealerships do need this type of thing now because of all the stuff that is on cars. Would not know of one third of the things that came on cars now a day even if I checked the manuals.
