We just purchased a new Subaru Forester from Bert Nickelberg at Falcone Subaru. Love the car and the process was so easy. With all the knobs and buttons on the new car it was great that Bert walked me through how to use all the various features in the car. And they also have someone I can come back to for more help - its more like a rocketship than a car! Great Experience!

Betsy Taylor hit a grand slam homerun! Betsy for the entire 1.5 hours was very patient in going thru all of the bells and whistles of our new 2020 Forester. Much of the material was new to us even though we had owned a 2016 Forester. She made sure we had a grasp of the knowledge and welcomed questions. Perfect intro for a new vehicle Betsy was a true pro in showing me the ropes to my new Forester. Friendly, thorough, and efficient, I felt so much more comfortable in my new vehicle after only an hour Zoom chat.
